Pasteurization line
Brief introduction of pasteurization line:
In food, beverage and pharmaceutical industry, some well packed foods are needed to be sterilize. These products are put in the adjustable stainless steel mesh belt. Under the help of the conveyor, products are sterilized in order and then get into the cooling box to be cooled through conveyor so that the products are being sterilized. The equipment is composed of sterilization system, cooling system and electrical system.
The sterilization system is composed of body, conveyor, mesh pressure device and heating system. The body has inner part, frame, insulation materials, exterior part, box cover, circulation pump part water inlet port, water discharge port,electric heating pipes, thermal resistance port and spillover port etc. Machine parts that are direct contact with water are all made from stainless steel. Conveyor device is made from slave axis, chains, bearing pedestal, mesh belt and tension device.  Mesh belt material is stainless steel.  Heating system is made from electric heating pipes, thermal resistance, temperature control parts etc. The heating pipes are made from stainless steel.
In certain temperature scale, the lower the temperature, the slower of the bacteria reproduction. The higher the temperature, the fast the reproduction.The working principle of the machine is to heat the water in the pasteurization body to sterilization temperature by electric heating and then control the water level into suitable position. The temperature is fully automatic by sensor. Products are conveyed by conveyor belt and transmission machine. Sterilize the products slowly depending on the sterilization time. And then send to the cooling body to cool. To avoid the products flow out of the water, mesh pressure device is installed on the sterilization body and cooling body. The mesh pressure device is asynchronously moved in the same speed as chain transmission and conveyor mesh belt and press the products in the water to sterilize and cool the products that need to be sterilize.
Application scope:
All the products that are suitable for low temperature sterilization can use the pasteurization machine.
It is applied to the sterilization of the soft packed vegetables, pickled vegetables, second time sterilization of the low temperature packed meat products, beverage sterilization etc.It is also used for the blanching and precooking process of the vegetables and fruits.

1) water immersion type sterilizing machine(the mesh belt can be lifted)

3)water spray type pasteurization machine
4) Water Tank Type Fresh milk Pasteurization Machine

Technical process:
The whole process is pasteurization—cooling—washing—drying.
It can equip the sterilization curve recorder to monitor the whole production process to realize automatic, high efficiency, safe and hygienic production.The whole process includes conveyor, sterilizer, cooling machine and drying machine. All of the machines are in continuous operation and fully automatic control.

Features of the pasteurization line:
1) Equipment body uses SUS 304 stainless steel. And the framework structure is not easy to be out of shape and conforms to national food production safety standard.
2)The machines use water-proof cover to avoid the scald of the spillover of the steam to the operators. At the same time, the insulation of the products ensures the evenness of the sterilization temperature.
3) Two sides of the machine are set with frequency conversion reducer. The middle part is connected by frequency converter, which pulls and pushes the transmission shaft to lessen the pull of the transmission device and ensures the operation of the conveyor mesh belt. It can save 60% of energy and also lessen the pull of the mesh belt and lengthen its lifespan.
4)The mesh belt can be stainless steel mesh belt, stainless steel chain plate and pp chain plate. Wear resistance strips are equipped at two sides of the conveying chain mesh(chain plates) to avoid the products get into the chains.
5) Steam heating system is mainly composed of automatic temperature control valve, shut-off valve, manual fine tuning valve, temperature sensor and screen. By using the steam heating, water temperature reaches predestine temperature quickly. It can save energy and lessen noise with relative longer lifespan. Temperature display can adjust the steam volume, ensuring the little temperature difference in the body and even sterilization effect. Temperature sensor can have omnidirectional monitor to the temperature value.
6. Water circulation is from the outlet part to inlet part,making the sterilization more even. Filtration system is added in front of the circulation water pump to avoid the debris is drawn into pump and get circulated in the sterilization(cooling) body.
7. The machine has independent PLC control system. Easy to operate and convenient to maintain.
8. Top of the machine has moisture removal port, which can effectively get rid of the heat flow due to water vapor.          

9. Equipment at the cooling part has air pump. The bubble blast operation method  lowers the surface temperature in the conveying process. It is no longer has the function of even distribution of the products so that avoiding the uneven cooling due to pile up of the products but also processes the second washing to product surface.
