Brief  introduction of the vegetable and fruits dryer

Mesh type dryer is a kind of drying equipment with continuous and large production capacity. It is mainly used to dry the materials in sheet, stick or particle shape with good permeability.  The well cleaned materials are directly sent to the flat conveyor. And the products are evenly put in the dryer by scraper on the top of the flat conveyor. It can improve the permeability of the products and has better drying effect. Dryer temperature can be controlled automatically and manually and can ensure continuous production of all the equipment.  Transmission speed can realize stepless speed adjustment.  The dryer can realize drying, dehydration and solidification of many shapes of products such as segment, sheet and stick shapes.

Main working principle

The mesh belt uses 12-60 mesh steel wire belt. By evenly putting the materials on the mesh belt, drag the materials by the transmission device to and fro in the dryer. Hot air gets through in the materials and steam is exhausted from the dehumidation hole.  The dryer length is composed of standard section. In order to save space, the dryer can be made into multilayer. The common one is 2 room 3 layer, 2 room 5 layer. The length is 6-40m and effective width is 0.6-3m.
